The University of Denver is hosting its fourth annual Vin Festival this week, with food, wine, music and arts courtesy of the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality. Chef/restauranteur Frank Bonanno will join the festivities tonight, cooking up a five-course wine dinner.

1st Course: Fruit de Mare — Shrimp, Calamari, Octopus, Sherry Vinegar, Fennel, Onion, Celery2nd Course: Escargot — Garlic, Parsley, Toasted Brioche, Gouda Fondu, Butter-Braised Leeks
3rd Course: Goat Cheese Cavatelli — Colorado Lamb Bolognaise
4th Course: Tender Belly Pork Loin — Crème Friache, Fingerling Potato Salad, Charcute, Mustard Demi
5th Course: Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Cake, Raspberry
Bonanno and his team will prepare the meal and visit with guests throughout the night. Proceeds from the dinner, which costs $125 and begins at 6 p.m., will fund scholarships to the school. Visit the website to purchase tickets.
