It’s been in the works for over a year, but it looks like Cellar Wine Bar, at 2556 15th Street, is finally ready to uncork and open its doors. The glasses are stocked, the flowers on the bar.
Cellar is in the heart of the very hot LoHi neighforhood, just up the street from Forest Room 5, across from Jay’s Patio, and a block away from Vita and Lola.
“Our goal at CWB is to offer a wine tasting room to experiment,” promises the Cellar’s website. “We are the perfect place to start or end your evenings out on the town or just relax with a great glass of wine. We serve small appetizers to highlight our wines inlcluding cured meats, cheeses, and pastries. But it doesn’t end there, we also select variety of brews to choose from. We pride ourselves in being your Lo-Hi neighborhood wine bar, a community conscious and responsible small business. We thank you for joining us, and cheers!”
Watch for an opening this weekend.
