Jax Fish House, 928 Pearl Street in Boulder, kicks off a new dinner series tonight.
Every month, Top Chef champion Hosea Rosenberg will host a dinner based on a different theme. Tonight’s is “Found in Translation: Inspiration from Hong Kong.” Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and costs $100; sign up by calling 303-444-1811.
