It’s been a dispiriting start of the season for your Denver Nuggets. The team looks uncertain under new coach Brian Shaw — a problem compounded by injuries to Danilo Gallinari, Wilson Chandler (who should return soon) and, now, JaVale McGee, who’s out with a stress fracture. But last night’s game against the Utah Jazz brought some good news — not only a win (just the Nugs’ second), but also a roof-rattling dunk by McGee replacement J.J. Hickson that qualifies as the best slam of the NBA campaign to date. Check out the facial Hickson gives to the Jazz’s Marvin Williams below.
