Looking for a fun new board game to while away these lovely spring afternoons? Anti-immigration firebrand Tom Tancredo has the perfect suggestion. As the Colorado Independent first reported, Tancredo fired up his Twitter account last week and tweeted to his followers, “Check out the new illegal immigration game at http://www.illegalimmigrationgame.com/default.aspx…”
Tancredo wasn’t joking. The link takes folks to the home page of a new trivia game sporting the extremely creative moniker “Illegal Immigration.”
It’s the brainchild of two dudes named Peter and Jeff, who, in the video below, attempt to link their trivia game to the 9/11. Apparently, Peter’s son was killed in that day’s terrorist attacks, which the two blame on the United States’ inability to control its borders. So the trivia game, which comes with 600 trivia cards and an instruction manual, is their way of advocating for tougher immigration laws and honoring the life of a terrorist victim — all for the low, low price of $39.95.
