When planning a feast on the scale of a Thanksgiving meal, everything you can do to cut down on the prep time Thursday will help. Which means you’ll want to bake your pies in advance. The City of Aurora is offering a cooking class on Take and Bake Thanksgiving Pies from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. tonight at the Expo Recreation Center, 10955 East Exposition Avenue in Aurora.
