The cocktail — named the Trillium — consists of gin or vodka, lemon, wild blueberry, lavender syrup and Akvavit, and normally costs $9. Patrons will also receive a complimentary amuse bouche courtesy of chef/owner Ryan Leinonen.

Call the restaurant at 303-379-9759 for more information.
