Some films are made to be watched, others need to be experienced — and then there are those movies that just need to be ridiculed and ripped apart. Close out the year with a gem from that last category, at Mile High Sci-Fi: White House Down. As Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx thrash their way through this turgid action-movie turd about saving the president from terrorists, MHSF co-founder Harrison Rains and newest member Jordan Doll will deploy their finest comedic weaponry to keep America safe from misguided blockbusters. Old-school fans who haven’t experienced Doll in action can rest assured that, though he may be new to the MHSF club, he’s got a lifetime of experience destroying bad movies with good jokes.
“I’ve always been a huge fan of stuff like Mystery Science Theater. That’s kind of what I cite as one of my main influences,” Doll says. “I would say if my comedy had a natural environment, it would be goofing on movies. It’s going to be great.”
