According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, a young man has been waving his package around in serial fashion: once last September, then twice this month, including Wednesday. They would like to take him into custody and chastise him for his rude behavior. Or something like that.

SUSPECT: Black male, 15-20 years of age; in all three cases was wearing basketball shorts and a t-shirt
9/08/2008 (Mon 6 PM-6:30 PM) — the suspect exposed himself at Madema Park (4900 E. Easter Avenue) to a group of 13-year-old females.
5/13/2009 (Wed 5 PM-5:30 PM) — the suspect was pacing back and forth at the intersection of S. Birch Street and E. Fremont Avenue, exposing himself.
5/27/2009 (Wed 3PM-3:15PM) — the suspect exposed himself to a 38-year-old female as she passed him on the sidewalk in the 4100 block of E. Geddes Avenue.
