Caleb Medley, wounded in the Aurora shooting, has moved hearts across the country. He and his high-school sweetheart-wife Katie moved to Aurora, where he’s worked at Walmart, then Target, then Walmart again all while dreaming of becoming a stand-up comic. Meanwhile, Katie became pregnant.
Caleb is now lying in a hospital bed. Yesterday, his wife was, too: Katie gave birth to a boy they’d already decided to name Hugo. The family has no health insurance.
Says Juan Leg:
This guy doesn’t have insurance or ANYTHING !The added difficulties and issues w/ a new baby.
THIS IS THE GUY I WANT TO REACH OUT TO, AND HELP ! I wish I could for everyone but It’s like picking your shots. Being a FAILED stand-up, it really hits home.
