Hush Denver, the supper club whose nighttime food and wine events usually commune in off-the-beaten-path warehouses and speakeasies, takes it to the aboveground asphalt today when it hosts a Celebration of Denver Street Food in the courtyard of the Paris Lofts, 2193 Arapahoe Street. “We put together the street fair in hopes of putting a less formal face on our brand, and there’s no better way to eat great food in an informal way than by having street food,” says Hush Denver founder Phil Armstrong. “We first approached the guys from the Gastro Cart after having some orgasmic taco love one afternoon,” and from there, says Armstrong, it was smooth street sailing.

Along with the Gastro Cart, Armstrong has lined up Biker Jim’s and Brava Pizza, along with beer from Great Divide Brewery. The event gets rolling at 4 p.m. and tickets are $30 per person, which include unlimited food and drink and live music. Go to www.hushdenver.com to buy yours.
