Stones Throw Records, essentially the harbinger for all things cool and innovative in hip-hop, is at it again. In an effort to drum up excitement in cities where its artists, particularly Madlib, are playing, the imprint has been leaving a box containing the complete Madlib Medicine Show series stashed somewhere in the city. Denver’s box of “free medicine” dropped around 4:50 today, and within ten minutes the location being revealed on Twitter, TC Bell, aka Sunny Meadows, a hardcore Stones Throw fan, scooped up the prize. Page down to the see the Tweet, pictures of the location, and the prize itself.
