A half dozen eateries also opened their doors this week:

Udi’s Cafe and Bar opened March 11 at Denver International Airport; it’s the ninth Udi’s eatery in the metro area.

Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs is now open on East Colfax in the former Office Depot, there are also Billy’s locations on Larimer Street and South Broadway.

ViewHouse Eatery Bar & Rooftop, the restaurant/entertainment complex on the edge of the Ballpark neighborhood, opened March 15.

Beantree Coffee and Deli opened in the University of Denver neighborhood.

Sam’s #3 opened in Glendale, a link in a historic chain that stretches back to the ’20s. Today there are also Sam’s #3 spots on South Havana and downtown.

The long-awaited Beast & Bottle will start serving at dinner on Saturday, March 16.

And the original Los Carboncitos reopened after a two weeks of repairs following a close encounter with a Caddy. You can write your own review of any of these restaurants by clicking on its name, and going to its Voice Places location.
