Every Wednesday, Cured, 1825 Pearl Street in Boulder, encourages you to cook for yourself by offering up an idea for dinner and also the ingredients to make it. And once a month, the specialty shop asks a local restaurant to help.

The Pinyon, 1710 Pearl Street in Boulder, is lending Cured a hand by breaking down an entire pig from Tender Belly; the results of which will be on sale at Cured today, along with house-made salsa verde and grits. Call 720-389-8096 for details.

Not in the mood to cook? Head over to The Pinyon for the weekly Backwards Man Foraging dinner series. For $40 (plus $25 for cocktail pairings) patrons can enjoy a creative menu featuring ingredients foraged from Colorado’s wilderness. Call 720-306-8248 to RSVP.
